Hulu Orders New Adult Animation Series ‘Deano’ by ‘Bluey’ Creator

Hulu is bringing a new adult animation series called “Deano” to our screens, created by Joe Brumm, the mastermind behind the beloved show “Bluey.” The show is set to be a half-hour comedy that originated as a web series, with Australian writers Dean Thomas and David Ferrier at the helm. This comedic series follows the adventures of a mischievous 8-year-old boy named Deano, who has a heart of gold. The storyline cleverly blends chaotic family life with sharp satire, promising a unique and entertaining viewing experience.

Deano, as a character, comes from a challenging background but approaches life with an open heart and a welcoming attitude. He sees everyone as equals, from local teenagers to the town police chief.
