Author of “Game of Thrones” Struggles with Relationship with Prequel’s Showrunner

George R.R. Despite the discord with Condal, Martin has found great collaboration with Ira Parker, the showrunner for the new prequel series, “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.”
