VisionQuest Trailer: Human Version of Ultron, Wanda’s Son, & More Revealed
VisionQuest, or Vision Quest, is the highly anticipated Marvel Television series that is set to debut on Disney+ next year. This spin-off of WandaVision is helmed by Terry Matalas and stars the talented Paul Bettany reprising his role as Vision.
Although the trailer for VisionQuest was exclusively premiered at New York Comic Con and isn’t available online, a glimpse into what the show has in store has been revealed by Variety. The description of the footage unveils some exciting elements that fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe can look forward to.
In the trailer, we see Bettany portraying both White Vision from the conclusion of WandaVision and a more human version of himself. Additionally, human versions of Ultron, voiced by James Spader in the Avengers movies, as well as the AI programs Jarvis, Friday, and Edith make an appearance. Toward the end of the trailer, a brief shot of an adult Tommy, who was introduced as a child in WandaVision, along with Vision and Wanda’s son, is showcased.
Described as the third segment of a trilogy following WandaVision and Agatha All Along, VisionQuest sees Bettany’s character approaching a white mansion where he is welcomed by human-looking servants, which are in reality recreated AI programs. These figures include Jarvis, an AI program by Tony Stark that later became Vision; Friday, who served as the assistant to Stark and Spider-Man; and Edith, the AI program embedded in Stark’s sunglasses from Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Joining Bettany and Spader in the cast of Marvel Studios’ VisionQuest are Todd Stashwick as Paladin, Ruaridh Mollica as Thomas Shepherd, T’Na Miller as Jocasta, Emily Hampshire as Edith, Orla Brady as Friday, Faran Tahir as Raza, and many more.
Marvel enthusiasts can catch the premiere of VisionQuest on Disney+ in 2026, although an exact release date has yet to be confirmed. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting addition to the Marvel universe!
