20th Television is currently working on developing a new drama pilot titled “Young Americans” for Hulu/Disney+, led by Chris Hutton and Eddie O’Keefe, the duo behind the Quibi series “When the Streetlights Go On.” This exciting new show will follow the teenage dramas of elite students at Capitol Crest Academy in Washington D.C., mirroring the political games of their parents. A forbidden romance between students from rival political families adds to the tension, promising an engaging storyline.

Chris and Eddie are both writing and executive producing the show, with support from Bruce Miller and Priscilla Porianda from White Oak Pictures. Bruce Miller, known for his work on Hulu’s “The Testaments” and “The Handmaid’s Tale,” brings valuable experience to the team.
