Michelle Pfeiffer Reveals Lack of Bathroom on Set

Michelle Pfeiffer recently shared some behind-the-scenes details about the set of “The Madison” on the “In Conversation” podcast. She mentioned that there were no bathrooms, no AC, and no food provided on set while shooting the Taylor Sheridan series. According to Pfeiffer, things were a bit rushed, so certain accommodations weren’t available. Even the outhouse wasn’t real, and there was a lack of plumbing and air conditioning. Despite these challenges, she described the experience as “breathtakingly glorious.”

Pfeiffer also mentioned that due to the nature of the shooting and the 360-degree setup, there were no trailers on set for the actors. This meant there was no place to sit, no nearby bathrooms, and no access to food. In the winter, they felt the cold keenly and requested heaters, while in the summer, they needed umbrellas to shield them from the intense sun.

In addition to Pfeiffer, the cast of “The Madison” includes Kurt Russell, Beau Garrett, Patrick J. Adams, Elle Chapman, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, and Ben Schnetzer. The Paramount+ drama series follows a New York family that relocates.
