NWSL Prime Adds Former Angel City FC Captain Ali Riley

Ali Riley, a former Angel City FC captain in the NWSL, is making a big move to the broadcast booth. After three seasons leading her team on the field, Riley is now joining The NWSL on Prime as an analyst. Her impressive soccer career includes five World Cups and four Olympic Games, with stints at top clubs like Rosengard, Chelsea, and Bayern Munich before returning to the US in 2020 to play for the Orlando Pride.

In addition to Riley, Aly Trost Martin is also joining the Prime Video team as a play-by-play broadcaster and sideline reporter for select games. Trost has been covering both men’s and women’s professional soccer since 2017, contributing to networks like TNT Sports and CBS Sports Golazo Network. Fun fact: her great uncle Al Trost is a U.S. Soccer Hall of Famer and a former member of the 1972 U.S. Olympic men’s soccer team.
