Tony Nominee Fina Strazza Cast in Amy Poehler’s Peacock Comedy ‘Dig’

Broadway sensation Fina Strazza is set to join the star-studded cast of Amy Poehler’s new comedy series, “Dig,” on Peacock. Alongside Poehler, Hugh Laurie, and Geraldine Viswanathan, Strazza will take on the role of Patty, a young undergraduate assistant working with Laurie’s character Neville. Patty finds herself in over her head, embarking on her first international adventure on an important dig.

You might recognize Strazza from her Tony-nominated performance in “John Proctor Is the Villain,” where she played the fierce, feminist student Beth Powell. Her Broadway debut at just 8 years old in “Matilda the Musical” set the stage for a promising career. Recently, she graced our screens in Netflix’s “Fear Street: Prom Queen” and appeared in the Amazon series “Paper Girls.”
