Antonia Thomas Cast in Amy Poehler and Mike Schur’s Peacock Comedy ‘Dig’

Antonia Thomas has recently joined the cast of the upcoming Peacock comedy series “Dig,” created by Amy Poehler and Mike Schur. The show follows four women working at an archaeological dig in Greece, each navigating their own personal crossroads. When they uncover a long-buried secret that could change history, they find themselves entangled in an international conspiracy.

In the series, Thomas will portray Clare, the head preservationist who oversees the lab and museum at the dig site. Clare is most comfortable in a world of privilege, which sets her slightly apart in the more casual, cargo-clad environment of the dig.

Joining a talented ensemble cast including Amy Poehler, Hugh Laurie, Geraldine Viswanathan, and Fina Strazza, Antonia Thomas brings her own unique flair to the series. Best known for her role as Claire Browne in “The Good Doctor” on ABC, Thomas has also appeared in shows like “Suspect,” “Small Axe,” “Lovesick,” and “Still Up.” Her upcoming projects include roles in BBC’s “Two Weeks in August” and Britbox’s “Agatha Christie’s Tommy & Tuppence.”
