MBC Group’s Shahid, Disney+, and Middle East streamer OSN+ have joined forces to offer a groundbreaking bundled subscription plan, available exclusively through Shahid. This collaboration is set to revolutionize the streaming landscape in the Arabian Gulf region.

The bundled plan brings together top-notch entertainment from the Middle East, Hollywood, and beyond, providing access to all three platforms for the price of two. While the exact pricing for the service that launched today was not disclosed, it promises exceptional value for subscribers.

Streaming is on the rise in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with MBC’s Shahid leading the way in generating revenues estimated at $1.5 billion this year, as reported by Omdia. The collaboration between these major players in the region is expected to further drive growth in the MENA market.

MBC, a significant TV player in the region, is majority-owned by the Saudi Arabian government. The remaining stake is held by MBC Group chairman Waleed bin Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim, who established the pan-Arab broadcaster. Natasha Matos-Hemingway, Shahid’s chief commercial and marketing executive, expressed pride in the collaboration with OSN+ and Disney+, aiming to provide subscribers with an unparalleled streaming experience.
