Deutsche Telekom expands Disney+ partnership; Magyar Telekom first to offer expanded content
Great news for Disney+ fans in Hungary! Deutsche Telekom is expanding its partnership with Disney+ across Europe. The first phase of this exciting development is launching with Magyar Telekom in Hungary, offering customers new integrated bundles and device options to access Disney+.
But don’t worry if you’re not in Hungary – more national companies will be following suit in 2026, with country-specific bundles and distribution models tailored to make it easier for you to enjoy your favorite streaming service.
Deutsche Telekom has been a key partner for Disney+ in Germany since 2020, offering bundles with MagentaTV and other services. Now, with this expansion, you’ll be able to access Disney+ content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Hulu directly through Telekom TV environments. This means a seamless experience for login, billing, and content discovery, all in one place.
Mladen Mitic, from Deutsche Telekom, expressed excitement about working with Disney+ to bring the latest entertainment choices to customers across European markets. And Disney’s Paolo Agostinelli highlighted the focus on making blockbuster films and series more accessible to customers, starting in Hungary and expanding to more countries soon.
