Disney+ to Live-Stream LaLiga Soccer in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland

Disney+ has some exciting news for soccer fans in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland! They just struck a four-year deal to stream 380 LaLiga matches starting in the 2026-27 season. This move fits into Disney’s broader effort to bring more European soccer to its global streaming platform.
LaLiga is a top-notch soccer league with plenty of action and storylines that keep fans coming back week after week. Disney’s General Manager for the EMEA region, Karl Holmes, expressed his enthusiasm for sharing these experiences with Disney+ subscribers in the Nordics. In addition to LaLiga, Disney+ already provides access to other soccer events like the UEFA Europa League and Champions League in Sweden and Denmark.
While LaLiga will continue to air on TV2 in Norway, this new deal opens up a world of live soccer to fans in these four Nordic countries. By adding LaLiga to its streaming lineup, Disney+ is giving fans more of what they love – thrilling matches, intense rivalries, and compelling stories all season long.
