Season 6 Premiere Date of ‘Slow Horses’ on Apple TV Announced
Fans of the hit TV series “Slow Horses” can mark their calendars because Season 6 is premiering sooner than you might think! Apple TV announced that the new season will debut on September 16, 2026, and continue with weekly episodes every Wednesday until October 21, 2026.
This season is inspired by Mick Herron’s award-winning novels “Joe Country” and “Slough House” and centers around MI5 boss Diana Taverner, played by Kristin Scott Thomas, as she involves the Slow Horses in a high-stakes game of retaliation and revenge.
For those unfamiliar with the show, “Slow Horses” follows British intelligence agents who end up at the Slough House, a department of MI5 led by the grumpy yet brilliant Jackson Lamb, portrayed by Sir Gary Oldman.
The upcoming season will feature a stellar cast, including Kristin Scott Thomas, Sir Gary Oldman, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Christopher Chung, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Rosalind Eleazar, Joanna Scanlen, Samuel West, Ruth Bradley, Tom Brooke, Jonathan Bryce, and Hugo Weaving. Additionally, BAFTA TV Award winner Lenny Rush will join the ensemble for Season 6.
