Peacock Drops Reality Contestant from ‘Love Island USA’ for Second Year Using Racist Language

Peacock’s “Love Island USA” is back for its eighth season, set to premiere on June 2, and the drama is already heating up. One of the cast members, Vasana Montgomery from Beaverton, Ore., was removed from the show after it was discovered that she had used inappropriate language, including the N-word, in her private social media posts.

This isn’t the first time “Love Island USA” has had to make such a decision. In the previous season, contestant Yulissa Escobar was also dropped from the show due to a similar issue. And later in the season, Cierra Ortega faced the same fate for using a racist slur for Asian people on an old social media post.

Despite these challenges, “Love Island USA” remains a popular show on Peacock. Season seven was a massive success, with 18.4 billion minutes streamed during its six-week run. The show even spawned two spin-off series called “Beyond the Villa,” featuring cast members from Los Angeles and New York. It’s clear that viewers can’t get enough of the drama and romance on the show.

If you’re a fan of “Love Island USA,” get ready for more excitement and surprises in the upcoming season. And don’t forget to tune in to catch all the action starting on June 2!
