Artemis II Crew to Join Gayle King for CBS Mornings Town Hall

On May 1st at 7:30 a.m. ET, CBS Mornings is hosting a special event called “CBS Mornings Presents: Artemis II A Celebration of Heroes.” This exciting broadcast will feature the Artemis II crew, including astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen, as they discuss their historic flyby mission to the moon in a town hall segment titled “Things That Matter.”

Joining the crew will be special guests such as Apollo 13 director Ron Howard, science educator Bill Nye “The Science Guy,” and 5-year-old aspiring astronaut Jack. During the event, the crew will engage in discussions and answer questions from students, making this a truly interactive and inspiring experience.
