Apple TV Drops ‘Ted Lasso’ Season 4 Trailer, Show Returns Aug. 5

Apple TV+ recently dropped the trailer for the upcoming Season 4 of the hit show “Ted Lasso,” set to premiere on August 5. Fans of the show starring Emmy Award winner Jason Sudeikis will be treated to new episodes every Wednesday until October 7.

The new season welcomes back familiar faces like Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, and Jeremy Swift, while also introducing new cast members Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely.

In Season 4, Ted Lasso heads back to Richmond to coach a second division women’s soccer team. The season promises lots of excitement as Ted and the team learn to take risks and seize opportunities they may have shied away from in the past.

Since its global debut on Apple TV, “Ted Lasso” has been a monster hit with viewers and critics alike. The show’s first season received the most Emmy Award nominations for a comedy series, and went on to win Outstanding Comedy Series Emmys for its first two seasons.
