Stuart Fails to Save the Universe Spinoff Premieres on HBO Max

The next spinoff from The Big Bang Theory is making its way to HBO Max soon and fans are buzzing with excitement! The show, called Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, has finally set its premiere date for this July. The first-look photos were revealed at CCXP Mexico City, giving us a glimpse into the wacky world of this offshoot that fans have been eagerly waiting for since 2023.

Stuart Fails to Save the Universe stars familiar faces from The Big Bang Theory, including Kevin Sussman, Lauren Lapkus, Brian Posehn, and John Ross Bowie. They will reprise their roles as Stuart, Denise, Bert, and Barry in this new series that promises to bring a whole new dimension to the story.

The show follows Stuart Bloom, a comic book store owner who finds himself at the center of a multiverse Armageddon after accidentally breaking a device created by Sheldon and Leonard. Along with his girlfriend Denise, geologist friend Bert, and quantum physicist Barry Kripke, Stuart sets out on a wild adventure to restore reality. Fans can expect to encounter alternate-universe versions of familiar characters from The Big Bang Theory, and as the title suggests, things might not go as smoothly as planned.

Stuart Fails to Save the Universe is brought to you by the creative minds of Chuck Lorre, Zak Penn, and Bill Prady.
