Prime Video Cancels The Boys Spin-Off Gen V

Big news in the world of Prime Video’s superhero series The Boys—a spin-off series called Gen V has been canceled after running for two seasons. Seems like the characters from Gen V are making their way up to The Boys’ final season, which explains the cancellation. The creators released a statement saying that the Gen V characters’ stories will still continue in The Boys Season 5 and other projects in the Vought Cinematic Universe.

Starring a talented cast including Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway, and Derek Luh, the cancellation of Gen V doesn’t mean the end of The Boys universe on Prime Video. Two new spin-offs, The Boys: Mexico and Vought Rising, are currently in development. Looks like fans of the series still have a lot to look forward to in the superhero world created by Eric Kripke and Evan Goldberg.
