Disney+ partners with Korea Esports Association to stream major esports events

Disney+ has exciting news for esports fans! They’ve teamed up with the Korea Esports Association (KESPA) to bring major esports events straight to your screen. You won’t want to miss out on watching competitions like the Esports Champions Asia Jinju 2026, the 2026 League of Legends (LoL) Kespa Cup, and even the Korea national team send-off ceremony and LoL friendly matches leading up to the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026.

Starting on April 24th and running through the 26th, Disney+ will kick off this partnership with the Esports Championships Asia 2026. Teams from countries like South Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, and more will face off in games like Street Fighter 6, The King of Fighters XV, and Tekken 8. Disney+ is also the official streaming partner for Pubg Mobile and Eternal Return, so you can catch all the action on these titles too.

The Esports Championships Asia will be held over three jam-packed days in Jinju, South Korea. It’s a great opportunity for national teams to gauge their skills before the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya in 2026. Later this year, Disney+ will also stream the national team send-off ceremony and evaluation matches.
