Preview of American Gladiators Prime Video Reboot
Prime Video has unveiled the official trailer for American Gladiators, the highly anticipated reality competition show hosted by Mike “The Miz” Mizanin and Rocsi Diaz. This fresh take on the classic physical series, which originally aired from 1989 to 1996, will debut its first three episodes on Friday, April 17, followed by three more episodes on April 24, and concluding with the final four episodes on May 1.
The trailer gives us a peek at the action awaiting viewers as 24 contenders from across the country go head-to-head with 16 Gladiators in a variety of challenging physical tasks. The intensity of the matches shines through as each contestant showcases their strength, speed, and determination to succeed. Plus, the trailer features a snippet of the show’s official theme song, “Rise Up,” performed by Grammy winner Jelly Roll.
