Disney+ Popular Series Canceled
If you’re a fan of the drama series “Tell Me Lies,” you may have already heard the news – the show is wrapping up after three seasons on Disney+. The series has managed to strike a chord with viewers thanks to its gripping storyline that delves into intense emotions, conflicts, and a complicated relationship that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.
Since mid-January 2026, fans have been tuning in to catch the latest episodes of “Tell Me Lies.” In the U.S., you can catch the series on Hulu, while in Germany, it’s available on Disney+. The final episode aired in Germany on February 17, 2026, bringing the story to a satisfying and definitive close.
The creator of the series, Meaghan Oppenheimer, took to Instagram before the finale to share that the ending was always part of the plan. She and her team had envisioned this conclusion from the very beginning and were proud of the way things came together. The response from viewers to the third season was particularly strong, showing the impact the series had on its audience.
Based on the novel of the same name by Carola Lovering, “Tell Me Lies” follows the tumultuous relationship between Lucy Albright and Stephen Monaco over eight years. What starts as a seemingly innocent romance during college soon spirals into a toxic and destructive connection, keeping viewers hooked episode after episode.
Despite its popularity since its debut in 2022, “Tell Me Lies” is concluding after three seasons. Oppenheimer stressed that quality was paramount, leading to the decision to end the series here rather than artificially extending it. While fans may be sad to see the show come to an end, there are whispers of new projects in the works from the creators, giving viewers something new to look forward to.
