Where to Watch Caitlin Clark’s Basketball Night in America Debut

Caitlin Clark, the former Iowa women’s basketball star, is stepping into the sports media world this offseason. NBC Sports just announced that she will be a “special contributor” for the premiere of “Basketball Night in America” on Feb. 1.

During the debut, Caitlin will be part of the studio team alongside Maria Taylor, as well as Naismith Basketball Hall of Famers Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter, and Tracy McGrady, providing pregame commentary. You can catch her live on air at Madison Square Garden ahead of the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers game, which starts at 6 p.m. CT on Feb 1 on NBC, Peacock, and Telemundo.

For the second game that evening, you can watch NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder take on Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets at 8:30 p.m. CT. Exciting stuff!

If you’re wondering whether Caitlin Clark will make another appearance on ‘Basketball Night in America,’ you’re in luck. She is scheduled to return on Sunday, March 29, at 6:30 p.m. CT at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City when the Oklahoma City Thunder face off against the New York Knicks.

Due to various injuries, Caitlin played only 13 games in the 2025 season, with her last appearance on July 15 where she sustained a right groin injury. However, you’ll have the chance to see her back in action in March with Team USA. The qualifying tournament for the 2026 FIBA World Cup is set to take place from March 11-17, 2026, marking her return to organized basketball. Keep an eye out for her impressive skills on the court!
