Disney Starts Removing Pixar Related Content in preparation for 2026 Rebrand

Disneyland Paris Resort is making some big changes as it prepares to transform Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World in March. The park recently removed a Pixar merchandise kiosk from Animation Courtyard, signaling the beginning of its major overhaul. The @DLPReport Twitter account shared a photo of the empty space where the kiosk used to be, confirming the sudden disappearance.

The park will officially reopen as Disney Adventure World on March 29, 2026, with a shift from behind-the-scenes filmmaking themes to immersive experiences in beloved cinematic universes. While some areas like Marvel Avengers Campus and Worlds of Pixar will remain, new additions like World of Frozen, featuring Elsa’s Ice Palace, will join the lineup. Exciting attractions, live shows, and a character dining experience are also in store for visitors.

In addition to the transformation, Disneyland Paris Resort is already working on future expansions for Disney Adventure World. A Lion King-inspired land and an Up-themed flying carousel are in development, although opening dates have not yet been announced. As the park continues to evolve, guests can expect more changes, construction, and cosmetic updates leading up to the grand reopening on March 29.
