Anne Hathaway Cast as Survivor of Serial Killer Stephen Morin in Paramount+ Series
Paramount+ just announced the green light for a new series, Fear Not, set to air in 2027. The show stars Anne Hathaway as Margy Palm, the last woman abducted by notorious serial killer Stephen Morin. There has been no casting news about who will play Morin yet.
During her harrowing captivity, Palm found solace in her faith and believed that there was hope for Morin’s redemption. Eventually, Palm was rescued, and Morin was convicted and sentenced to death.
Fear Not is a six-episode series produced by MGM Television. The show is based on Julie Miller’s book, “Sympathy for the Devil,” and adapted by Bash Doran. Anne Hathaway is not only the lead actress but also one of the executive producers. Aside from this new series, Hathaway is also going to star in The Devil Wears Prada 2, The Odyssey, and other films scheduled for release in 2026. Fans recognize her from her previous roles, including the two episodes she appeared in on the Prime Video series Modern Love.
