Pete Davidson to Host Podcast for Netflix

Netflix is stepping up its game in the podcast world with a lineup of original and exclusive shows. Former SNL star Pete Davidson and NFL legend Michael Irvin are both getting in on the action, hosting new video podcasts for the platform.

Davidson’s show, “The Pete Davidson Show,” promises candid conversations filmed mostly in his garage, starting on January 30. As a familiar face on Netflix with multiple stand-up comedy specials, Davidson expressed his excitement about bringing his podcast to the platform. Irvin, a Hall of Famer and Netflix Christmas Day game analyst, will host “The White House with Michael Irvin,” a sports talk podcast airing twice a week starting on January 19. Netflix is actively expanding its podcast offerings, partnering with major players like Bill Simmons’ The Ringer and Dave Portnoy’s Barstool Sports, as well as iHeartMedia.
