WWE News: Content Removed from Peacock
Wrestling fans, get ready to catch up on your favorite WWE content before it disappears from Peacock! According to PWInsider.com, WWE programming, including WCW content, is set to be removed from NBCUniversal’s Peacock streaming service on December 31st. While some content, like WWE and ECW programming, may also be expiring soon, specific dates haven’t been confirmed yet.
Back in January 2021, WWE and NBC Universal made a multi-year agreement, making Peacock the exclusive home for WWE programming in the U.S. Recently, WWE teamed up with ESPN to stream premium live events on the ESPN App, starting with last September’s WrestlePalooza 2025. This deal kicked off earlier than planned and surprised many wrestling fans.
Starting in March 2021, WWE began moving content from the WWE Network to Peacock. Originally, the WWE Network and content library were set to expire in March 2026. However, it seems that certain content will be removed sooner, giving fans limited time to revisit classic shows before they vanish from Peacock.
Additional WWE shows like Championship Wrestling from Florida, Mid-Atlantic Wrestling, and World Class Championship Wrestling, among others, are also available on Peacock. You can also catch original WWE programs, including documentaries produced by WWE Studios, on the platform. So, dive into your favorite WWE content while you still can on Peacock!
