TV Sitcom Reunion Special Finally Happening

Great news, sitcom fans! CBS is getting ready for the 30th anniversary of Everybody Loves Raymond with a special reunion. The show’s original cast, including Ray Romano, Brad Garrett, Patricia Heaton, and others, will be back on screen together again nearly two decades after the series ended in 2005. The special is set to air on CBS and will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ later this week in November, just before Thanksgiving.
The 30th anniversary special is scheduled to premiere on Monday, November 24, at 8 PM PT/ET. This event is expected to last an hour and a half, giving viewers a significant dose of nostalgia and fun.
In addition to the main cast, actors like Sullivan Sweeten, Madylin Sweeten, and Monica Horan will be part of the reunion, reminiscing about the iconic sitcom. The late cast members, Doris Roberts and Peter Boyle, who played Marie and Frank Barone respectively, will also be honored during the show. Expect to see never-before-seen outtakes and hear commentary from the cast members themselves.
For fans of the show, images from the anniversary special reveal the cast sitting on the familiar floral couch in the Barone living room that has been meticulously recreated for the event.
Everybody Loves Raymond originally debuted in 1996 and enjoyed a successful nine-season run. For those who want to revisit the show, it will be available for streaming on Peacock and Paramount+ in 2023.
