But the festive fun doesn’t stop there! Disney’s Holiday Magic Tour is making its way to 20 special cities worldwide, bringing unique community events, surprises, and joy for families. Once Halloween was over, it was all systems go for spreading Christmas cheer, and Waititi is ready to kick off the holiday celebrations.

According to Waititi, the story of A Disney Holiday Short is all about a kid and her new best friend navigating the wonders of the world together, fueled by friendship and imagination. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and their pals are sporting new looks inspired by sending warm letters to loved ones in the 2024 holiday season at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif.

This marks the second year of collaboration between Disney and Taika Waititi, with the Disney Holiday Magic Tour benefiting nonprofit organizations and bringing joy to communities across the globe. The VoluntEARS Toy deliveries and exclusive movie screenings from the tour are sure to spread plenty of holiday cheer. Marine Toys for Tots is also joining in, spreading joy to children in need. The Disney Ultimate Toy Drive is currently running until Christmas Eve at Disney Stores and theme parks, accepting donations until December 14th.
