Black Friday 2025 Streaming Deals: What to Expect

If you’ve noticed that streaming services seem to be getting pricier lately, you’re not alone. One way to save some cash on your streaming subscriptions is by taking advantage of discounts, and there’s no better time to do that than Black Friday. Let’s take a look at what streaming deals we can expect this year.

Black Friday falls on November 28 this year, with Cyber Monday following on December 1. While some of the best offers might only be available over the weekend, others are likely to last throughout the holiday season. Keep an eye out for bundle deals and joint offers, as well as discounts specifically for new subscribers (usually requiring a new email address). However, don’t hold your breath for any discounts on Netflix.

Historically, Hulu has been known to offer some of the best Black Friday streaming deals. Last year, they dropped their subscription prices to just $0.99 per month for up to 12 months. Given the recent price hikes, it’s possible that we could see a similar deal this year, bringing the cost down to around $2.99 per month.

Disney+ is all about the bundles these days, so don’t expect any discounts on the standalone service. Instead, keep an eye out for deals on the joint Hulu and Disney+ offer, which could see a discount similar to last year’s 70% off. The ESPN Unlimited bundle also launched recently, with new subscribers receiving around a 20% discount until January.

Other services like Paramount+, HBO Max, and Peacock also had solid Black Friday deals last year. Peacock, in particular, usually offers a full annual subscription at a discount. However, keep in mind that all these services increased their prices this year, so discounts may not lead to as low of a monthly cost.

While discounts on Prime Video itself are usually reserved for Amazon’s Prime Day, expect to see deals on Channel Add-Ons during Black Friday. This includes services like Crunchyroll, which doesn’t typically offer its own discounts.

Unfortunately, don’t hold your breath for any discounts on Netflix directly. The streaming giant hasn’t offered any discounts since ending its free trial period back in 2020. However, you may still be able to snag a deal through certain internet providers.
