KPop Demon Hunters: 20 Weeks on Netflix Top 10

“KPop Demon Hunters” is back in the spotlight, hitting an impressive 14 million views on Netflix during the week of Oct. 27-Nov. 2. This animated musical has been on the Top 10 chart for an incredible 20 weeks now, surpassing the previous record of 14 weeks held by “Red Notice.” After briefly slipping to third place in previous weeks, “KPop Demon Hunters” is now back in the No. 2 spot, showcasing its enduring popularity.

While the film’s viewership was slightly lower than the previous week’s 14.7 million views, it remains a powerhouse on Netflix. Since its premiere in June, no other film has been able to match its staying power on the charts. It’s no surprise that Halloween festivities likely brought in new and returning viewers, as the fictional girl group Hunter/x from the film was a popular costume choice for both kids and adults this year.

The only movie to outperform “KPop Demon Hunters” last week was “A House of Dynamite” with an impressive 31.6 million views, up from its 22.1 million debut the week prior. It’s clear that audiences are still captivated by the magic of “KPop Demon Hunters” and its unique blend of music, action, and fantasy.
