Uwe Boll Announces Parts 2 and 3 of Paramount+ Series ‘First Shift,’ Potential Series in the Works

Uwe Boll, known for his work in the film industry, has recently completed filming the second and third parts of the popular cop movie series, “First Shift,” in New York City. The movies star Gino Anthony Pesi from “Shades of Blue” and Kristen Renton from “Sons of Anarchy” as a duo of NYPD officers.

“First Shift” captured the attention of viewers on streaming platforms like Paramount+ and Showtime, surprising many with its success despite its limited budget. The films ranked high on the streaming platform, maintaining their position in the top 10 for over 20 weeks.

Boll expressed his gratitude for the positive response to the series, stating, “We were positively surprised by the great success of ‘First Shift’ on Paramount+ and Showtime, as well as the strong fan response.” As a result of this success, Boll and his team decided to produce two additional movies to expand the storyline and potentially pave the way for a “First Shift” series in the future.

According to Boll, “First Shift” offers a unique cinematic experience that is not commonly found in theaters or streaming services today. The production of the next installments holds promise for fans of the series and may lead to exciting developments in the future.
