Dope Girls Coming Soon to Hulu and Disney+

Disney recently dropped a brand new trailer for the upcoming British series, “Dope Girls,” and it’s heading to Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ very soon. Set in the aftermath of World War I in London, the show follows returning soldiers as they navigate a society transformed by a new generation of empowered women. In the vibrant club scene of Soho, women are stepping up to opportunities, both legal and illegal, and making their mark on the nightlife industry.

Starring Emmy-nominated Julianne Nicholson, Eliza Scanlen, Umi Myers, Eilidh Fisher, Geraldine James, Michael Duke, and Ian Bonar, “Dope Girls” is created by Polly Stenham and Alex Warren, directed by Shannon Murphy, and executive produced by a stellar team including Kate Crowther, Jane Tranter, Michael Lesslie, and Rebecca Ferguson. The series also includes writers like Matthew Barry, Matthew Jacobs Morgan, and Xiao Tang, with oversight by Bad Wolf’s Dan McCulloch and Ryan Rasmussen. Commissioned by Lindsay Salt, Director of BBC Drama, this six-episode period drama is set to premiere on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.
