BAFTA TV Awards Winners Include ‘Industry’ and ‘Baby Reindeer’ Stars

The BAFTA TV Awards for 2025 were a night of celebration for some of our favorite shows. Notable winners included “Mr Loverman” and “Mr Bates vs the Post Office,” with the highly acclaimed Netflix series “Baby Reindeer” taking home some well-deserved honors. Other big winners of the evening were “Industry,” “Gavin & Stacey: The Finale,” “Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light,” and “Shrinking.”

It’s worth noting that many of the nominees this year were receiving their first-ever BAFTA TV Awards nomination, adding an exciting twist to the evening. Some of the newcomers included Nicola Coughlan, Bilal Hasna, Christopher Chung, Jonathan Pryce, Lenny James, and many other talented individuals.

The performances were spectacular, with Lenny James snagging the leading actor award, triumphing over seasoned veterans like Gary Oldman and David Tennant. Marisa Abela’s outstanding performance in “Industry” secured her the leading actress BAFTA, besting tough competition like Anna Maxwell Martin and Billie Piper.

The best supporting honor was awarded to Jessica Gunning in a well-deserved recognition of her talent. And in the international series category, “Shōgun” walked away with the trophy, beating out other fantastic shows like “True Detective: Night Country” and “Say Nothing.”
