Star Trek: Section 31 Releases on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD in April

Star Trek: Section 31 will be available on DVD, 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray Combo, and collectible 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray SteelBook starting April 29th. The movie, starring Michelle Yeoh, initially premiered on Paramount+ in January. It follows Yeoh as she reprises her role as Emperor Philippa Georgiou, joining a secret Starfleet division devoted to safeguarding the United Federation of Planets while confronting her past mistakes.

In addition to Yeoh, the film features Omari Hardwick, Sam Richardson, Robert Kazinsky, Kacey Rohl, Sven Ruygrok, James Hiroyuki Liao, Humberly Gonzalez, Joe Pingue, and Miku Martineau. Directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi, with a screenplay by Craig Sweeny, the movie promises over an hour of special features including a gag reel and behind-the-scenes featurettes.

Special features such as Art Squad, Alpha Squad, Stunts Squad, Gear Squad, and a segment dedicated to the character of Philippa Georgiou will be available on the UHD, Blu-ray, and Digital versions. Fans can already pre-order the DVD for $24.49, the 4K UHD Blu-ray for $30.56, or the limited edition 4K Steelbook for $34.15 on Amazon.

For those eagerly awaiting the arrival of the fifth season of Star Trek: Lower Decks, mark your calendars for March 25th. The final season will be released on Blu-ray and DVD, featuring all 10 episodes along with exclusive bonus content like audio commentaries and a “Lower Decktionary” featurette.
