NBC Sports Coverage: 12.5 Hours from Churchill Downs Derby Week

NBC Sports is gearing up to bring you 12.5 hours of coverage from Churchill Downs during Derby Week. The action kicks off with five hours of live coverage on GI Kentucky Oaks day this Friday. NBC Sports continues the excitement on Saturday with 7 1/2 hours of coverage on GI Kentucky Derby day.

On Derby day, NBC Sports will feature 10 races, starting with five hours on NBC and Peacock at 2:30 p.m. ET. The coverage begins earlier at noon ET on Peacock and NBCSN, so you won’t miss a moment of the action.

For the first time ever, Kentucky Oaks day coverage will begin at 4 p.m. ET on Peacock and NBCSN, leading up to the historic Kentucky Oaks broadcast in prime time at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.

Over the two days, NBC Sports will bring you a total of 16 live races from Churchill Downs. Telemundo Deportes will also be presenting live coverage of the 152nd Kentucky Derby, starting at 6:30 p.m. ET on Universo and available for streaming on the Telemundo app.
