Zootropolis 2 and Avatar: Fire and Ash BAFTA Winners
Disney had a big night at the EE BAFTA Film Awards in London, snagging two impressive wins. Walt Disney Animation’s “Zootropolis 2”, also known as “Zootopia 2”, took home the trophy for Best Animated Film. The movie follows Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde as they unravel a mysterious case in the bustling city of Zootropolis. You can catch “Zootropolis 2” in theaters and on digital platforms now, with a Disney+ release scheduled for later this year.
Meanwhile, 20th Century Studios’ “Avatar: Fire & Ash” claimed the award for Special Visual Effects, triumphing over a strong field. This epic adventure is the third installment in the popular “Avatar” series, transporting viewers back to Pandora for a thrilling new journey with familiar characters. “Avatar: Fire and Ash” is currently playing in theaters and will also make its way to Disney+ in the near future.
