Percy Jackson & The Olympians Season 3: New Cast Members for Disney+ Series

Percy Jackson & The Olympians recently made its return to Disney+ with the second season, and some new faces are joining the cast for the upcoming third season.

Deadline reports that Holt McCallany, David Costabile, and Jesse L. Martin will be making appearances in guest roles. McCallany will be portraying Atlas in six episodes, with a recurring role in Season 3.

David Costabile is set to play Dr. Thorn, a strict headmaster of a military academy, in a recurring guest role. For book fans, Dr. Thorn is known for his unique mythological identity, though the series won’t spoil the surprise just yet. Jesse L. Martin will play Annabeth’s father, Frederick Chase, a brilliant but forgetful military historian who shares a complex bond with his daughter.

The series stars Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, and Aryan Simhadri and is based on Rick Riordan’s novels, with Season 3 focusing on “The Titan’s Curse.”
