Why I Cancelled Disney Plus: A Honest Review

I used to be a big fan of Disney+, especially when it cost $6.99 a month and offered a selection of Marvel movies and family-friendly animated content. Then, they added the Star library with its classic films, and I was hooked all over again! But lately, Disney+ hasn’t been cutting it for me. I didn’t enjoy “Star Wars: Acolyte,” the latest “Indiana Jones” movie left me wanting more, and “Thunderbolts” just didn’t grab my attention. And don’t even get me started on “Alien Earth” – the storyline felt off and strayed too far from Ridley Scott’s original vision.

Now, with the news of another price increase on the horizon, I decided enough is enough. The new price of 159 SEK per month, or 1900 SEK per year, just doesn’t seem worth it to me. The price hike is set to take effect on November 4th, but I won’t be sticking around to see it. I’ve officially canceled my Disney+ subscription, and I won’t be looking back.
