Ironheart Images Showcase Riri Williams’ Fresh Suit in MCU Series
Ironheart, the next Marvel Cinematic Universe series, is set to premiere on Disney+ in June, and Marvel Studios has started promoting it with four new images.
These images showcase Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams in an updated Ironheart suit that is slimmer and more refined than the one she wore in Black Panther: Wakanda Suit. However, it is still bulkier compared to the sleek suit from the Marvel Comics.
An interesting change in the color scheme can be seen in the new Ironheart suit, with Riri now sporting a gold color instead of the red seen in her Wakanda Forever armor.
The series follows Riri Williams, a young inventor from Chicago, as she uses her intelligence to build iron suits and make a mark on the world. In Ironheart, technology clashes with magic as Riri’s ambitions lead her to cross paths with Parker Robbins, also known as ‘The Hood.’
Joining Thorne in the cast is Anthony Ramos, who plays Parker Robbins/The Hood. Ramos has revealed that his take on the character will have unique elements, with the series set in Chicago instead of New York, giving a fresh perspective to his portrayal.
Ironheart is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on June 24, 2025, as part of Phase 5 of the MCU. So mark your calendars and get ready to dive into this new chapter of the Marvel Universe!
