Disney+ and Hulu Announce Season 3 of ‘Rivals’
Rivals season 3 has been confirmed by Disney+ and Hulu, much to the excitement of fans. The series, based on Dame Jilly Cooper’s Rutshire Chronicles novels, stars David Tennant, Alex Hassell, Aidan Turner, Bella Maclean, Nafessa Williams, Victoria Smurfit, Claire Rushbrook, and Danny Dyer, among others. The show has already been greenlit for a third season of 12 episodes, even before the return of the second season in November with six more episodes.
The drama is produced by Happy Prince, part of ITV Studios, and is a Hulu original in the U.S. and a Disney+ original in other parts of the world. The upcoming season promises even higher stakes, fragile alliances, new romances, reignited flames, and shocking secrets. Set in a world of power, passion, and betrayal, nothing will stay buried for long, as everyone’s favorite rivalries reach a new level. The first part of the second season made its debut in May and became Disney+’s biggest EMEA original.
