Ad-Free Peacock Now Available on YouTube Prime Time Channels

Great news for Peacock fans! The ad-free Premium Plus subscription tier is now available on YouTube Primetime Channels for $16.99 a month. This tier offers fewer ads compared to the Premium and Select options, which are not available on Primetime Channels. If you’re not familiar, YouTube Primetime Channels is a lot like Prime Video Channels, Roku, and Apple TV Channels, giving you access to a variety of third-party SVOD services through one convenient hub.

This exciting addition comes from a licensing agreement made in 2025 between NBCUniversal and Google. This agreement includes not just Peacock, but also YouTube TV distribution of NBC broadcast networks and popular channels like Bravo, Telemundo, Universo, and NBC Sports Network.

But Peacock isn’t the only service you can access on YouTube Primetime Channels. You’ll also find other popular third-party SVOD options like NFL Sunday Ticket, HBO Max, Paramount+, and Fox One, offering a range of content to suit your preferences.

It’s worth noting that platforms like YouTube, Roku, and Prime Video charge these third-party services a percentage of their subscription revenue as a hosting fee. While the specifics of each deal are kept private, industry standard rates have been established.

Interestingly, Netflix takes a different approach. As the world’s leading SVOD service, Netflix doesn’t pay a percentage of revenue to Prime Video Channels or YouTube Primetime Channels, and it reportedly limits what it pays to Roku.
