Emmy Nominations Predictions for Final Forecast
The TV Academy recently wrapped up its voting period to determine this year’s Primetime Emmy nominations, which means we’re eagerly awaiting the list of nominees that will be revealed in a couple of Wednesdays.
While we wait, I’ve done some thorough research, consulting with industry insiders and diving into Emmy history. I’m excited to share my predictions for 63 categories, covering everything from narrative and nonfiction programs to directing and writing nominations.
In the drama series category, some of my top picks include “The Pitt” on HBO Max, “Pluribus” on Apple TV, and “The Diplomat” on Netflix. But keep an eye out for potential surprises like “Landman” on Paramount+. And as for a shoutout to a deserving contender that might miss the cut, I’d go with “The Testaments” on Hulu.
When it comes to comedy series, I’m looking at shows like “Hacks” on HBO Max, “Shrinking” on Apple TV, and “Abbott Elementary” airing on ABC. If you’re a fan of “Only Murders in the Building” on Hulu, you might be seeing it on the nominee list soon.
Stay tuned for more updates on July 8!
