Netflix’s collaboration with author Harlan Coben continues to be a success, with the recent adaptation of one of his novels, “I Will Find You,” breaking records for the streaming platform. During its premiere week from June 15-21, the thriller garnered a staggering 24 million views worldwide, making it the biggest debut of any new Netflix series so far this year. Released on June 18, the eight-episode series, with a total runtime of just under 5 1/2 hours, amassed an impressive 131.7 million hours of watch time across the globe.

This achievement marks a significant milestone for Netflix, surpassing the previous high for a series premiere in 2026, which was set by “His & Hers” at 19.9 million views in January. “I Will Find You” also claimed the fifth spot for the best week of any Netflix English-language series, new or returning, this year. It falls just behind major hits like “Bridgerton” and “Stranger Things,” cementing its place among the most-watched series on the platform.
