iCarly Cast: Current Whereabouts in 2026
From Jennette McCurdy’s bestselling memoir to Miranda Cosgrove’s producer endeavors, let’s catch up with the iCarly cast. It’s been over a decade since the original show ended and a few years since the reboot wrapped its final season in 2023. But fear not, fans, because the cast has been up to some pretty cool stuff since then!
Miranda Cosgrove (Carly Shay) has been flexing her producing muscles post-reboot. She reprised her role in Despicable Me 4, a massive hit in 2024, and signed a deal to develop female-led comedies. Miranda also hosts a true-crime podcast and is working on a comedy pilot she’ll star in. On top of all that, she completed her psychology degree at USC.
Jennette McCurdy (Sam Puckett) made major waves with her memoir “I’m Glad My Mom Died,” which became a bestseller and is being adapted into a series. She’s shifted her focus away from acting, hosting a podcast and directing short films. Despite a tempting offer, Jennette chose not to return for the reboot.
Nathan Kress (Freddie Benson) not only came back for the reboot but also directed multiple episodes of both the original and revived series, as well as other Nickelodeon shows. He’s been busy with family life too, welcoming his third daughter in 2024 and signing on to direct an indie feature.
Jerry Trainor (Spencer Shay) reprised his role for the revival and continues to work with Nickelodeon. He stars in a Henry Danger spinoff and voices a character in an animated series. Jerry also surprised audiences with his Off-Broadway debut in 2024.
Noah Munck (Gibby Gibson) opted out of the reboot and has been exploring electronic music and indie films. He’s made music under the name NoxiK, scored indie films, and appeared in horror and TV projects. Noah enjoys a more low-key creative life these days.
Laci Mosley (Harper) and Jaidyn Triplett (Millicent) from the reboot have been keeping busy too. Laci hosts a podcast turned Hulu series and landed a role in an Apple TV+ show. Jaidyn has appeared in a Disney+ series and will lead a feature film shooting in 2026.
As for more iCarly in the future, Paramount+ officially ended the reboot in 2023 after three seasons. Miranda is open to a reunion movie, but Jennette has made it clear that any return as Sam is not in the cards. So, for now, the spaghetti tacos remain on hold.
