Invincible Voice Actor’s Cameo on Paradise

If you’re a fan of “Invincible”, chances are you’ve come to associate the voice of Mark Grayson with Steven Yeun. After four seasons of this top-tier superhero series, it’s hard to picture anyone else filling those shoes. But did you know that the original voice behind Mark Grayson was Patrick Cavanaugh? Yep, that’s right – Cavanaugh was the man behind the voice in all 17 episodes of the animated “Invincible” series that aired on MTV back in 2008. It was a different take on the comics, done in a motion style instead of a brand-new animation.

In more recent years, Patrick Cavanaugh has been stepping into live-action roles, including a small part in “Paradise” Season 1. In the show, he plays Morton, an engineer responsible for keeping the underground bunker systems running smoothly for his boss, Sinatra (played by Julianne Nicholson). You can catch him in episode 6, where he tells his boss they can’t control the messages displayed on the indoor skyline.

And guess what? Cavanaugh also made a brief appearance in “Paradise” Season 2. As the story unfolds in this post-apocalyptic world, he once again shows up as Morton. This time around, he finds himself back at the bunker as President Baines tries to make some adjustments to improve the residents’ living conditions. However, things don’t go as planned, leading to a dramatic turn of events that eventually see Baines meeting an untimely end.

While Cavanaugh’s role in “Paradise” may be small, there’s always a chance he could return in Season 3. With his character’s engineering expertise, he might just be the key to navigating the challenges presented by the quantum computer, Alex.
