Diarra from Detroit Announces Season 2 Premiere Date on Paramount+

“Diarra From Detroit” is making a comeback to the streets of Detroit! The second season of this detective series created by Diarra Kilpatrick is set to premiere on July 29 on Paramount+. Get ready for an exciting ride with eight episodes, starting with a double episode release and followed by new episodes every Wednesday until September 9.

Diarra Kilpatrick, the talented creator, writer, executive producer, and star of the series, takes us on a thrilling journey as Detroit detective Diarra Brickland. In season two, Diarra Brickland finds herself embroiled in a furniture recovery mission that quickly escalates into a triple homicide investigation and a citywide treasure hunt. As she navigates through dangerous mysteries, Diarra also faces challenges in her personal life, going undercover, starring in a Tubi movie, and uncovering secrets buried deep within Detroit.

The returning cast includes familiar faces like DomiNque Perry, Bryan Terrell Clark, Jon Chaffin, Shannon Wallace, Phylicia Rashad, and Harry Lennix.
