Apple TV+ has just dropped the official trailer and some sneak peek images for the highly anticipated second season of SUGAR, starring and executive produced by the talented Colin Farrell.
Get ready, because the eight-episode second season is set to premiere worldwide on Friday, June 19, 2026. The first episode will debut on launch day, followed by a new episode every Friday until August 7.
Colin Farrell is back as private investigator John Sugar in Season 2. After facing a shocking twist in the first season, Sugar decides to stay in Los Angeles to search for his missing sister. This time, he takes on the case of a local boxer’s missing brother, which leads him into a web of conspiracy across the city.
Apple TV+ teases that this season will test Sugar’s moral boundaries, posing the question of how far he’s willing to go to do what’s right.
Season 2 also introduces new cast members, including Jin Ha, Raymond Lee, Tony Dalton, Laura Donnelly, and Sasha Calle, with Shea Whigham making a special guest appearance.
SUGAR, created by Mark Protosevich, has gained a strong following for its stylish neo-noir vibe, gripping detective narrative, and unexpected twists. The first season received high praise for its storytelling and shocking revelations.
