Apple Achieves Record Quarterly Services Revenue of $30.9 Billion

Apple announced a new record for services revenue at over $30.9 billion in its latest quarterly report. This figure marks a 16.2% increase from the previous year’s total of $26.6 billion. You might be wondering, what exactly is included in services revenue? Well, it covers a range of digital properties like movies and TV shows on iTunes, the App Store, Mac App Store, Apple Music, Apple Pay, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and Apple News+.

Overall, Apple’s quarterly revenue reached $111.2 billion, a 16.5% rise from the previous year’s $95.4 billion. Net income saw a 19.4% boost to $29.6 billion, up from $24.8 billion in the same quarter of the previous year. This strong financial performance resulted in over $28 billion in operating cash flow and new records for both operating cash flow and EPS in March.

The demand for the iPhone 17 series remained strong, with sales increasing by more than 21% to $57 billion when compared to $46.8 billion in the prior year. Mac revenue grew by almost 6% to $8.4 billion from $7.9 billion, while iPad revenue saw an almost 8% increase to $6.9 billion from $6.4 billion. Wearables, home, and accessories revenue also climbed by 5% to $7.9 billion from $7.5 billion.

The company has attributed this success to strong consumer demand, maintaining an all-time high for its active devices across all major product categories and geographic segments. It’s clear that Apple’s services are reaching unprecedented heights, and the popularity of its products continues to grow.
