WWE Fans Outraged by Netflix Streaming Issues at WrestleMania 42

WWE fans were left frustrated as Netflix experienced technical difficulties during the first night of WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The star-studded event featured appearances from IShowSpeed, Logan Paul, and Pat McAfee, with Cody Rhodes defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Randy Orton in the main event.

Starting from early 2026, WWE has shifted to a streaming-focused distribution model, with Netflix now serving as the global home for Monday Night Raw in key markets like the US, Canada, the UK, and Latin America. Netflix also exclusively carries WrestleMania 42 outside the US. This isn’t the first time Netflix has faced issues with a major event, following problems during MLB’s Opening Night.

Minutes before the stream was set to go live, Netflix crashed for many users, leading to a wave of complaints on social media. Some users had to navigate through errors, with one fan sharing a screenshot of an error message indicating issues with the live broadcast. Others reported slow streaming speeds and difficulty finding the live event on the platform.
