John Reynolds First Look: Living Out a High School Nightmare in Never Change
Marty Schousboe’s upcoming Hulu film, Never Change!, delves into a nightmare scenario that many people have probably imagined at some point in their lives. Picture this: a group of adults who missed out on finishing high school due to a natural disaster are told they must return to school and complete their senior year to earn their diplomas. It’s like a grown-up version of Billy Madison, and it’s hitting some of these characters hard, especially the unfortunate character played by John Reynolds, who also happens to be the writer of the movie.
But Reynolds isn’t the only reason to tune in. Director Marty Schousboe has assembled a talented comedy cast, including familiar faces like Jo Firestone, Gary Richardson, Carmen Christopher, Sofia Black-D’Elia, and more. With names like Topher Grace, Rudy Pankow, Jackie Cruz, Ana Gasteyer, Patti Harrison, and Zach Cherry in supporting roles, it’s shaping up to be a fun and entertaining ride.
Never Change! is scheduled to premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 9 before landing on Hulu (and Disney+ internationally) later this summer. Get ready to relive the high school experience in this lighthearted and humorous take on adulting.
