Peacock Alley Leases Space to New Group for Renovations This Summer

Exciting news for downtown Bismarck! The iconic space that housed Peacock Alley has been leased to North Dakota Hospitality Group, the creative minds behind The Paddle Trap and Shakers on 3rd. If you’re a fan of these spots, you’re in for a treat!

According to a post on their Facebook page, North Dakota Hospitality Group is gearing up to start renovations in July, with a grand opening date set for later this year. It’s always thrilling to see what fresh ideas and changes a new business can bring to a beloved location.

It’s essential to note that North Dakota Hospitality Group will be leasing the space and not taking over the Peacock Alley business. As many of us know, Peacock Alley has been a cornerstone of downtown Bismarck since 1933, and its presence will always be remembered.

We tried reaching out to North Dakota Hospitality Group for more details, but they’ve kept mum about their plans so far. And current lessee Dale Zimmerman has also chosen to stay tight-lipped for now. We’ll just have to wait and see what exciting developments unfold!

Change can be bittersweet, but here’s to new beginnings and fresh experiences. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting transition!
